DEAN DUNBAR CHANNEL SWIM
Hi folks
As you know, my aim is to swim the English Channel sometime between the 8th ad 16th of August 2012. The final date will be decided by my pilot, by reading the tides, and hopefully picking the best day. Ideally when the current is flowing from Dover to Calais, at high speed. Then I can just lay on my back, and let the water do it's thing!! However, as this has never happened in the history of the world, I'm not counting on it.

EFFIE MORRISON WHITE WATER RAFTING
On 20th June, 2011, I will be white water rafting down the Tay from Aberfeldy to Grandtully - the day before I turn 90! I've always been a keen swimmer, but, on this occasion, I hope to stay in the raft and save the swimming for Aberfeldy pool.
